استقبل السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، اليوم بقصر الاتحادية، الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان رئيس دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
حيث أقيمت مراسم الاستقبال الرسمي وتم استعراض حرس الشرف وعزف السلامين الوطنيين.
وصرح المستشار أحمد فهمي، المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية، أن السيد الرئيس رحب بأخيه، ضيف مصر العزيز، الشيخ محمد بن زايد، مؤكداً اعتزاز مصر، حكومة وشعباً، بالعلاقات بين البلدين الشقيقين، وما يربطهما من أواصر تاريخية وثيقة. ومن جانبه، أعرب رئيس دولة الإمارات عن تقدير بلاده لمصر وشعبها وقيادتها، وحرص الإمارات الدائم على تعزيز علاقات التعاون الأخوية المتميزة بين البلدين.
وقد بحث الرئيسان سبل تطوير آليات وأطر التعاون المشترك في جميع المجالات، لما فيه مصلحة الشعبين الشقيقين، بالإضافة إلى التنسيق الحثيث تجاه التطورات الإقليمية المختلفة، في ضوء ما يمثله التعاون والتنسيق المصري الإماراتي من دعامة أساسية، لترسيخ الأمن والاستقرار والتنمية في المنطقة.
وأضاف المتحدث الرسمي، أن اللقاء تناول أيضاً تبادل وجهات النظر، بشأن أبرز الملفات المطروحة على الساحتين الإقليمية والدولية، حيث عكست المناقشات تفاهماً متبادلاً إزاء سبل التعامل مع تلك القضايا، وتم الاتفاق على الاستمرار في بذل الجهود المشتركة، لتعزيز التعاون والتنسيق والتضامن بين الدول العربية، لمجابهة التحديات المتزايدة على الأصعدة كافة.
Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan at Al-Ittihadiya Palace, where the ceremonial welcome was held, the guard of honor was reviewed and national anthem was played.
The Spokesman for the Presidency, Counselor Ahmed Fahmy, stated that President El-Sisi welcomed his brother and dear guest of Egypt, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan. The President affirmed Egypt’s pride in the relations between the two fraternal countries and their close historical ties. The President of the UAE expressed his country’s appreciation to Egypt, its people and its leadership, and the UAE’s keenness to strengthen cooperation relations between the two countries.
The two Presidents discussed ways to develop joint cooperation in all areas for the interest of the two peoples. They also discussed coordination toward various regional developments, in light of the fact that the Egyptian-UAE cooperation and coordination are pillars for consolidating security, stability and development in the region.
The meeting also exchanged views on the most prominent files on the regional and international arenas, where the discussions reflected a mutual understanding on ways to deal with those issues. In the same vein, it was agreed to continue joint efforts to strengthen cooperation, coordination and solidarity among the Arab States in order to meet the growing challenges at all levels.
